When are assessments sent out?

Assessments are mailed out twice a year. The Spring Assessment is mailed out in March and the Fall Assessment is in October.

Can I plant trees/shrubs on the canal bank?

No. You may not plant on our right of way to maintain the canal. Fences are also not allowed on the ditch bank.

When does water turn on?

We try to deliver water in March depending upon water sources.

When does water get turned off?

We try to deliver water until October 15th unless water shortage

Where is the office located?

The district office is located at 26457 Matthews Road in Parma, Idaho.

How do I verify water shares on a property?

Please email with the sellers name, legal description and parcel number to ridoffice1896@gmail.com

I’m selling my property. How do I transfer the water shares?

In order to transfer water shares we require the original stock certificate of the seller or a lost certificate affidavit. There is a $200.00/per stock certificate transfer fee. The Board of Directors must approve the transfer before a new certificate is issued to the new owner.
